Dr Indra Seher

Program Director – Master of Business Research/MICT

Dr Seher has a PhD from Western Sydney University in Computing and Information Technology. Her professional career spans over two decades. She has worked in the IT industry and as an academic with extensive experience in teaching, designing, and coordinating tertiary level courses in Information Systems. She is an active researcher in the areas including Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, and Natural Language Processing.

Dr Seher worked as a Project Manager at the Western Sydney University and also extends her work as a Reviewer/ Programme committee member/Technical committee member for several international conferences. She was a reviewer/editor for textbooks as well. Dr Seher was a course advisor for postgraduate and undergraduate students and also represented various University-level committees. Dr Seher currently serves on the Course Industry and Advisory Committee of Southern Academy of Higher Education. She is currently supervising researches of postgraduate students as well.

Dr Seher will continue to work as an academic with teaching and research that allows her to develop her research career by exploring her potential in the field of Computing and IT through professional work, dedication and innovative and challenging frame of mind.

Mr Alexander Menge

Assistant Dean & Program Director - Hospitality Management (Undergraduate)

Mr Alex Menge is an experienced and passionate hospitality professional who holds a Master’s degree of International Hospitality & Hotel Management from Western Sydney University. He has over 30 years industry and teaching experience in the field of hospitality. Over the last 7 years, Alex has enhanced his academic experience in the role of Program Manager – Hospitality Management Undergraduate at the International College of Management Sydney (ICMS).

In 2015 Alex was awarded the Most outstanding graduating student in the Master of International Hospitality & Hotel Management at Western Sydney University. During his 18-year career at ICMS, Alex received several awards for his Excellence in Teaching. He has also been a professional member of The Council for Tourism and Hospitality Education (CAUTHE) and Meetings and Events Australia (MEA).

As Program Director – Hospitality Management at CIM, Mr Menge has the responsibility of leading academic operations of Bachelor of Business – Hospitality Management major.
