Dr Jonathan has worked as a Head of Program – Accounting / Senior Lecturer at King’s Own Institute and has been engaged in supervision and management of staff within the Discipline. She has worked as a member on the Accounting Course Advisory Committee to advise on curriculum, regulatory and professional accreditation matters. She has performed duties like planning curriculum, examination setting, lecturing and marking for final year business students, periodic staff observations and performance review. She has additionally been involved in strategy and planning of the accounting program and worked as a Senior Lecturer undertaking lecturing of 4 modules each term. She is Currently involved in cognitive alignment and mapping in curriculum reform initiative. She represented postgraduate students on their rights and welfare on campus. In her position of Post Graduate Officer, La Trobe Student Union, she designed and conducted various courses, seminars and events for postgraduate students such as social events to literature review writing and resume writing. Also, she was actively involved in Union policy making that concerns Postgraduate students on a campus and national level.
