Dr Rekha C R is currently serving as the Program Director at Canterbury Institute of Management (CIM), Melbourne, where she oversees academic program coordination, staff development, and student success initiatives. With a strong background in ICT and Electronics, she has previously held academic and research positions in India and Australia, contributing extensively to teaching, curriculum design, and quality assurance in higher education. She also volunteers with Robogals at the University of Melbourne, inspiring young students, particularly girls, to pursue careers in STEM.
A passionate researcher, Dr Rekha specialises in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Nanotechnology applications.
