Kazi Chandrima Rahman is currently working as a lecturer at Canterbury Institute of Management. Before she was a Sessional Academic Staff at CIM and Australian Catholic University and eLearning Advisor for Swinburne Online.
She was a PhD. student in Embedded and Operating Systems Lab at CSE, UNSW, Kensington Campus. Previously she served as a Research Assistant, CSE, UNSW, Kensington Campus, Australia.
She has teaching and research experience for more than 23 years in various private universities in Bangladesh, lastly working as an Assistant Professor in Dept of CSE, University of Asia Pacific. She also worked as a Software Developer in Grameen Solutions.
She Completed her B.Sc.(Hons) and M.Sc. in Computer Science from University of Dhaka. Ms. Chandrima competed in ACM-ICPC programming contest and secured 2nd position.
She has research papers on Research and Educational Network, Sensor Network, Virtual Private Network, Social network and TCP Congestion Control, IoT etc.
Her knowledge of quality teaching has been fortified through four comprehensive teacher’s training programs for tertiary level in overseas and Australia. She has been selected as a Potential Invitees of Emerging Research and Education Network for South Asia Region for her research work on Research and Educational Network.
Ms. Chandrima is a member of several professional associations – ACS, IAENG, IACSIT and Internet Society.
She is a fitness writer of her own blog: fitnessbd.net and several daily newspapers, magazines, and online portals. She was also a Cadet of Bangladesh National Cadet Core (BNCC) of Bangladesh Air Force during her college life.
