BIO

Duy Anh (Andy) Nguyen is a Lecturer at the Canterbury Institute of Management (Darwin campus), where he coordinates and teaches courses in Accounting and Information Systems, including Programming Concepts, Database Management Systems, and Management Control Systems.

His research interest explores the application of Natural Language Processing (NLP) in disaster management and marketing. Andy has co-authored several peer-reviewed publications on social media analytics for disaster response, bushfire communication, and climate event awareness.

Passionate about teaching and research, Andy integrates his academic expertise and practical experience to support student learning and foster innovation in data-driven problem solving.
