Program Aim

The Graduate Diploma in Business is a standalone qualification for professionals with ambition and drive who wish to develop their responsible and sustainable leadership skills. Learners of this course will gain a holistic strategic business point-of-view required to operate effectively in an increasingly competitive and changing global business world.

Students will learn to diagnose issues in real organisations, they will also start to explore the latest thinking and practices from leading organisations and research worldwide and evaluate emerging options in today’s business environment. The students of Graduate Diploma of Business will also get the chance to fine-tune skills in problem solving, ethical decision-making, communication and teamwork.

On completion of Graduate Diploma of Business graduate will be able to:

In addition to providing a pathway into Master of Business Administration, Graduate Diploma of Business will offer career benefits to graduates. The graduate of Graduate Diploma of Business will be eligible to apply for the following roles:

Senior Administrator Management Consultant

It is proposed that the graduate diploma program will have the following delivery structure:

  • 1 years full-time, face to face classroom-based teaching in delivery over 2 semesters;
  • 6 courses;
  • No work-based training involved;
  • Each semester will run over 12 weeks;
  • Each course has 4 contact hours per week broken down into lecture and tutorial components (2 hours lecture + 2 hours tutorial);
  • 20 credit points (cps) per course;
  • 120 credit points to complete the program.
