They need to be able to implement change management strategies to ensure a faster rate of adoption while minimising resistance to change.
This course develops students’ abilities of organisational design, organisational change and development through contextualisation of common challenges for change in both traditional and new organisational forms. The course will cover advanced leadership principles and their application, styles and design and implementation of leadership and change management plans.
