BIO

Anita Rijal is a lecturer of management and marketing. She has garnered academic experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate management students in Australia and Nepal for a decade. Additionally, she is a PhD candidate at Charles Darwin University, drawing on over a decade of experience in her family business in Nepal to inspire her research. She holds both a Master’s by Business Research and an MBA degree with a marketing specialisation. 
Her professional experience is enriched by hands-on experience in human resource management, general management and marketing, which was gained while working with various Nepali and Australian businesses.  

Additionally, she has contributed to research and consulting projects with various organisations. Her work has been published in international journals and presented at an international conference.
