BIO

Dr Dhanushki Perera has been working as a project management lecturer at the Canterbury Institute of Management in Melbourne, Australia, coordinating units and delivering lectures and tutorials. Before joining as a full-time lecturer, she worked for Central Queensland University as a sessional academic. With five years of experience in this role, she has successfully delivered lectures and tutorials while guiding students to complete their postgraduate project management units. Her dedication and effectiveness have earned her student voice commendations for several units. 

Additionally, she led a unit development team responsible for creating all course materials, including lectures, tutorials, and case studies, within a limited timeframe. Dr Dhanushki graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 2015 and obtained a Master of Project Management degree in 2020 from CQ University, Australia. She completed her PhD in 2025 from CQ University, proposing a novel framework for climate change adaptation in Australia within the context of complexity management.
