Dr. Swati Gupta is a Lecturer at Canterbury Institute of Management (Melbourne Campus) with over 19 years of academic and industry experience across India, Oman, and Australia. She specializes in finance, accounting, curriculum development, and research mentoring. She is also a Global Professor of Practice at Golden Gate University (USA), guiding PhD scholars in corporate finance and digital transformation.
She has contributed extensively to higher education through curriculum redesign, industry-aligned teaching, and innovative pedagogy. Dr. Gupta has taught MBA, PhD, and undergraduate programs in finance, accounting, and project management, integrating emerging trends such as blockchain, AI, and fintech into academic content. Her initiatives have significantly enhanced student engagement, retention, and graduate employability.
Her research portfolio includes 11 peer-reviewed journal articles, 6 book chapters, and multiple edited volumes, focusing on ESG, AI in education, cost management, and financial inclusion.
