Lima Aktar is a Lecturer in Law, teaching in the areas of Business Law and Corporate Law. She is also a Doctoral Candidate at the Thomas More Law School, Australian Catholic University (ACU).
Her research focuses on the economic dimensions of constitutional rights. She has published in leading international journals, including Global Constitutionalism (Cambridge University Press) and the International Journal of Constitutional Law (Oxford University Press), as well as a book chapter with Springer Nature.
Lima’s broader research interests include business law, the history of political thought, corporate theory, and the intersections between law, economy, and constitutional governance.
