Reshma has completed a Master of Professional Accounting (Advanced) from Western Sydney University Australia and is currently studying for Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) certification.
She has seven years of experience in both Australia and Fiji, within the education sector, where she was involved in attending Governing Council meetings, Risk Committee meetings, and Executive Management Team meetings, as well as management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
She has also worked in Big 4 accounting firm Ernst & Young and mid-tier accounting firms, serving as both an external accountant and auditor, responsible for preparing financial reports, tax returns, and audit reports.
While in accounting firms, she worked with key corporate clients across a wide range of industries including farming, manufacturing, construction, restaurants, pharmaceuticals, tourism, rental properties, IT services, transportation, resorts and spas, dental clinics, fishing, investment properties.
